Tim Mainstone of Mainstone Press, Joe Pearson of Design for Today, & I have been scurrying around London making last minute preparations for our BLOOMSBURY JAMBOREE, a festival of books and print, talks and merriment tomorrow SUNDAY 8th DECEMBER from 11am until 5pm at the ART WORKERS GUILD, 6 Queens Sq, WC1.

This is your last chance to book the few remaining tickets for Adam Dant’s lecture on MAPPING AN IMAGINARY LONDON & Eleanor Crow’s lecture on SHOPFRONTS OF LONDON.

We advise readers to come early to avoid the rush…

Good luck for tomorrow. I can honestly say that I would really like to be there-lovely and talented people who lots of us have come to know through you, GA. With all good wishes for a great day.

Cheryl and I very much enjoyed (though probably not the right word gjven the subject) your talk at the art workers guild today. You delivered it with such focus and insight that the hour flew past. We hope your book will bring attention to the horrors of facadism and help save extraordinary and useful buildings from the unfortunate fate so many have already suffered.
