I love hidden gardens like these – all the more precious for being in such an urban setting.

And even better when populated by gorgeous cats…

Surprised spaces of such lush vegetation exists behind the city hubbub.

The pets who own them were so gracious to strike a relaxed pose on pathways, under chairs and atop a high wall for your photographs.

So, so sad I won’t make it! I love town gardens, where every inch of space is utilised. Lots of shade, places to sit, rest and contemplate. The bonus? Beautiful languishing CATS! Two of my favourite things…..gardens and cats! Sob.
