    The ‘cat’s meat man’ appears to be outside one of the St Paul’s Studios on the Talgarth Road. How quiet and calm the image seems; a snapshot of a different time and an age away from the noise of today’s traffic on the A4 (in front) and the bustle of the tube station (at the back). Any cat living there today will have used up their nine lives pretty quickly.
