    Afternoon, love the way you keep Spitalfields alive , I was born in 1948 at 102 Commercial street,, my grandparents aways owned cafes in various addresses around Spitalfields mkt and my parents owned the cafe in Hanbury st it was originally Bud Flanagan cafe/home We never live above that cafe my dad said it needed to much work to make living quarters
    I think you interviewed my lovely mum Mrs G Bristow unfortunately not with us now ,, you also. I believe my Brother or Niece who use to own the White House 64 Shoreditch high st st E 2. I now live in Epping but often come up and just can’t the believe the changes , which I loved , although Wilkes st and surrounding area which I used to play in all the time ,,, Linda Hayes
