My grandfather was also a Litchfield and had a wig making shop in Regent Street in the 1870-90s
That’s all that I know. It would be good to find out more either about the shop in Regent Street or the place in this print view. Do you have a precise address for this place? what date was this print?

The lower part of the house contains glass in the windows. The upper part “crossed windows” contain apparently waxed linen or other cheaper materials (oiled paper). Can you give a comment on this observation?
