A wonderful photograph, thank you. Do you have any more information on the soldiers in it? Such as what regiment they served in? Did the Working Lads Institute have any form of written archive?

I had a quick search and the cap badge looks like the West Yorkshire Regiment. I am sure there are military history experts who know far more about this than I do.
