This photo is of the Rev. Tubby Clayton and his dog Chippy. Tubby was one of the founders of TocH, the WW1 organisation which gave respite to soldiers fighting on the front in Belgium. He was the Vicar of All Hallows by the Tower for over 40 years. There is a wonderful memorial to Tubby in All Hallows which also depicts Chippy laying by his masters feet.
