    Interesting to see what the buildings on the north side of St Pauls Cathedral looked like then- whenever the photograph was taken..? Were these the buildings destroyed in WW2? Since then the space has changed twice – in my time near there in the late 60s it was Paternoster Square, but a relatively recent visit revealed that all those huge, very ugly buildings have been swept away too. Some buildings of a better scale, given their context, have replaced them. Watch this space…?!
