Those are very fine photographs. Impressive.

How sad about poor Pushkin. I bet it hurt at the time, I hope you have forgiven yourself now.

Poor ol' Pushkin! Another great set of spontaneous photos. I don't do it professionally, although one of my brothers is a professional photographer, but started taking a lot of photos during lockdown - initially taking my camera out during the Covid period. I would walk some fairly remote routes, but then thought, if I was to have an accident somewhere, no-one would know where I'd come from, so first photo was always of my current home to say where I'd set out from. It's now become a bit of an obsession, but several of my photos have now appeared in our local newspaper, and I get a lot of compliments about them, which is gratifying. I'm 2 yrs away from reaching age 80 btw.

The photo of the Aladin restaurant brings back memories. When I was a mature undergraduate at Queen Mary University in the early to mid 90s I used to sometimes go there with a Jewish college friend to eat after our lectures and tutorials finished on a Friday afternoon. It was quite basic inside but the food was good and affordable for students. Afterwards we’d go to buy bagels and cakes before going home for the weekend, my friend to Plumstead and me out to Upminster.

I also introduced my husband to the simple cheap delights of Aladin.

Clive's description as a 'snapper up of unconsidered trifles' perfectly captures why his photos feel so alive—he found meaning in the everyday. It reminds me that even in technical tasks, simplicity can be powerful; just as Clive relied on his eye and a basic camera, a straightforward tool like bulkbarcodegenerator.pro helps you get barcodes generated instantly without fuss. https://www.bulkbarcodegenerator.pro

Regarding Mr. Ranamukadewas: Many years ago, decades ago, I saw a man on a NYC noon time talk show express with certainty that Jesus Christ himself was living in London as an Indian gentleman. Same man? One wonders.

I was sorry to read about Pushkin. That was sad.
