I was working on the roof of the Clergy House using an angle-grinder to cut out some damaged stonework on one of the gables. The extension lead was hanging down past his bedroom window on the top floor and obviously annoyed by the noise he reached out and cut the cable with a pair of pliers. The only person I ever met, apart from plain clothes police that I suspected of ironing his jeans. A very dapper chap.
He ended up living with Susan, a judge's daughter.

Ah, progress. What a blight.

D'you have more pictures of his stock?

Great photos and story. I am curious about the photo entitled "Adrian Amos (left) with Geoff Westland, Shoreditch".

I think the person on the left is John Cousans, with Adrian Amos on the right.

Happy to be corrected - and even happier if someone has any memories of John Cousans from his time at LASSCO!
