Back in the 80s a friend of mine lived in an upstairs flat overlooking Stepney East railway station, it was part of a big old detached house but the ground floor was pretty much derelict as it had been flooded. After he moved out to Essex the landlord sold the property, it was renovated and sold for about 2m.]]></description>
