Certainly, we know that early paper had a noticeable/tactile component of cotton.........but &quot;satin&quot;?  My mind is playing with this concept, imagining many of the highly-decorative/stylish 
handbills you have shown us in the past --- but now visualizing them printed on lustrous 
satin.  I may have misinterpreted all of this -- and, if so, please do not correct me.  I am enjoying 
the mystery!
