Most weekends myself & my boyfriend went to Les Cousins 49 Greek Street to listen to the likes of Bert Jansch, Al Stewart, Roy Harper, Keith Christmas, Davy Graham & many more talented musicians that I forget the names of. It was a small dark cellar of a place where one went to be transfixed by the music.

What an interesting doc on a middle class woman helping the likes of my young self. The seamy side of the swinging sixties that we all know is one of the greatest myths ever perpetuated. Real life with Folk music thrown in, how unhip! Whilst the Beatles, Stones, Who, etc bestrode the land as giants.
A truly angelic presence, I will check out her New Zealand adventures courtesy of Diana’s link.
That was quite exhilarating
I guess if Grand Papa was a millionaire Marxist economist, Judith upped the ante.
