Reminds me of the bomb sites I saw travelling through the East End to Liverpool Street on the choo choo.
Particularly like the trolley bus in Finsbury Square.
Cyril Mann had a lovely warped perspective of the City to my mind.

There is an excellent book ‘The Sun is God’ about him with many colour plates. He had a hard life by all accounts and was a difficult character perhaps but a wonderful artist.
