I was there a few days ago and the queue stretched out of the door and up to Bethnal Green road. I didn’t bother joining the line!

I stopped there one Sunday morning with my husband to buy salt beef beigels and coffee, we parked up round the corner and got back to someone sticking a ticket on our windscreen but we decided the fine was worth it. He visits family in London every year and brings beigels back as we can’t find decent ones in Basel. They are a huge treat with home made soup.

Visited said establishment many moons ago after a bender in the west end.
My friend, whom used to live locally told me they were the best in London.
Not to my taste, but the establishment was chokka block full of pissed up punters.
Credit to the staff and as a former baker in one of my past lives, working terrible hours usually goes without any credit at all. Kudos.
