It became well known during the heyday of the fabulous fashionistas and their coiffed and expensively attired pooches strolling leisurely in down Fifth Avenue during the New York City Easter Parade—before the garish balloons and floats.
“In your Easter bonnet, with all the frills upon it,
You’ll be the grandest lady in the Easter Parade.”
Here’s to you, Countess Boudicca—
