Her sketches capture the scenes delightfully. I particularly admired the St Leonard’s water pump. My parents, uncle, and aunt married there in the 50’s. Both receptions were held at the Jane Shore pub just along Shoreditch High Street from the church. My grandparents ran it at that time.
