I am salivating at the thought of trying and tasting some new cheeses made in London. I can't wait to get to Bermondsey to see the cheesemakers and taste some gorgeous new cheeses. Is there a website to view and purchase a selection on line? Good luck to Mr Oglethorpe and his partners/colleagues with this amazing venture.

I love these photographs of William and his cheese/yogurt makers. They have such a timeless quality. The magic ?‍ of transforming curds into cheese using traditional methods just jumps off the page and out of the photos.

Oglethorpe is a great surname, which sounds proper Lancashire/Yorkshire.

I only bought and tasted his cheese last Saturday at Borough Market . Good on him making cheese in London I’m a retired cheese maker now having spent the last seven years of my working life making cheeses like these on an Australian dairy farm. I made similar quantities using 800 litres a day . Mostly soft bries and Stilton style blues with feta one day a week . An English style Wensleydale on other days . Given the queues to buy his cheeses it’s highly respected and sought after . Very pleasing to see
