GA, oh how I wish I were in London today to sample Zoltan and Ferene’s delicious specialties, the goulash in particular. Their recipes sound so authentic. I loved the food in Budapest during short visit there many years ago.

Oh my, this is a DREAM, I’m far from London confined to my bed & cold & there is nothing I would like more this instant than goulash & other magical comforts.
These are gentlemen after my own heart & I hope their business will flourish as it deserves.
I’m intrigued by their lanyards 🙂
I can almost smell the rich & fragrant warmth of their beautiful food!

I’m really thrilled for these two gents, their enterprise, and ‘living over the shop’.

It’s so very heartening to read about outsiders again making their way in the new world, esp in covidtime.

The Gentle Author also thrills, as without him, the Zoltan and Ferenc story mightn’t be told, def not as eloquently.

When we had our first workshop (in Brune Street, very affordable, this was in the grim 80s) we saw so many ‘living over the shop’ businesses briefly thrive, but then disappear and then the ‘disappearing’ accelerated.

In the 2020s, our studio marches on – happily back to its roots and living over the shop – tho now in wholesome holland.
