					<description><![CDATA[They once had a great beigel bakery at the Dalston end of Ridley.  They all seemed to have closed down  now and you can no longer geta decent beigel.  Our local bakery, Shalom of Gants Hill was being forced to shut down. It was the last one out of three in the area. Life is not worth living without a freshly baked beigel just out of the oven. I am not talking about the soggy pre packed bagels of that you buy off the shelf at Tesco.  I remember the chicken stall. I used to sell the Socialist Worker at the Dalston end  with  David Widgery and Sheila Rowbotham and others in the 70&#039;s , every Saturday  morning.]]></description>
