Salmon encrusted with walnuts is a favorite recipe! This holiday season we are staying at a hotel in British Columbia overlooking a nut farm where walnut trees preside. I love trees, in fact I have worked with them now four 42 years. (I have hung up my chain saw and have been a London Tree Officer now four twelve years)
