I have duly objected in full to all the plans to modify this building (which should be listed!) on Camden Councils planning site using your link. I’d love to attend their meeting, but I live in Leicester and cannot finance a London trip at the moment; even though I’d love to.

When they finish, only a thin veneer of brick from one building will survive. All architectural and historical details on the site and the public view of it will have been obliterated.

This site could be an economically viable development without the destruction involved in this proposal. It is notable that no real impact on the neighborhood is discussed.

Very soon, London will look just like Los Angeles. An admirable goal after several thousand years.

We recycle cans and bottles, but throw away whole buildings.
Very clever.

The destruction of the wonderful Middlesex Hospital was bad enough but surely there must be a way to stop the reckless transformation of yet another listed building in this area.
