With my graphic designer (sadly lapsed) hat on this great post brought back yet more memories for me so thank you again GA. It is sad to read the comment by the children which indicates that if a building is old then they expect it to be demolished. A very telling sign of the times that we now live in.

Took me back to my grandparents parlour in Bunhill Row on Christmas Eve with the rest of the family all having a knees up. Now they’ve all gone Christmas Eve has never been the same. Wilton’s is a hidden gem, and I hope to go back soon.
