					<description><![CDATA[I liked the lead illustration the author with the funny legs. The pics are so good, with clever layout/text and vibrant colours from etched plates, then printing pulls which are at there best. They show the costume and attitudes of the period, we can learn so much from these pics about life in the 19th C no photo shoots then. I think the characters &#039;could be&#039; those from &#039;The Diary of a Nobody&#039; Mr Pooter, Carrie, Lupin and co perhaps they are a bit later. John]]></description>
