When I visited St Dunstans however the garden was closed for restoration so really good to see your lovely photos in this post...I obviously need a return visit!]]></description>

If you had happened upon St Dunstan&#039;s church yard only two Saturdays ago you would have found a troop of Barts nurses having a pre-reunion snifter there.  I have also had a pleasant picnic.  It is one of my very, very favourite places to go in London, so beautiful and peaceful, hidden away.  And, when I first left home to live in London to be a Barts nurse, I lived just up the road from Christ Church.  Then it was still very much a ruin and the gardening began shortly afterwards.  I love the way it has bloomed and all the scars are hidden.]]></description>
