The old presses have been given to "Catseye Press in Happisburg, Norfolk where they are being restored and put into use by Graham & Mark Pressman.
The Wharfedale is fully restored and Graham is powering it with a steam engine

What HAS happened to the presses and the type, etc? I saw letters from years ago asking that the National Trust be contacted.
Have I missed the column that told us the fate of the wonderful materials in the shop?
thanks!

I remember very well going to Arber's shop in the 1950s to buy Enid Blyton's Famous Five books. There were just a few books on the shelves as I recall but the shop seemed to sell a mixture of so many things and it had such an atmosphere. I was so pleased to see it again on Spitalfieldslife. Thank you.
