I do wonder if he was responsible for some of the gold work found in the more prosperous burials. His son and grandson, all dentists, carried on in various locations in Spitalfields until the mid 19th century.

A complete lack of respect for setting of a grade 1 / possibly finest baroque church in Europe, design by Nicholas Hawksmoor and what of the bodies that were hastily removed from the graveyard?, a complete lack of respect has been displayed by all those involved in the building of a ‘nursery’ for the school, a truly shameful act.

I also looked at the Huguenots of Spitalfields site and was even more distressed at what I’m missing… *sigh*. (Could anyone ever tape these and put them on YouTube or Vimeo?)
