It's an interesting story and it occurs to me DE should contact Hauser &Wirth in Somerset. It is a big dealership which is deliberately building a profile outside London. His scholarly inclinations would be satisfied in that environment and the contemporary edge that H&W bring would offer a fascinating juxtaposition with the work DE is so immersed in.

Wow, this is an amazing story. Any chance of having small-scale visits/tours? I'd be really interested in seeing all of this before it disappears, as no doubt would many others. I can be contacted/direct messaged via Twitter ( @boydongood). Whatever happens though, best wishes for the future Danny!

Extraordinary pictures. I hope he has found a new base for his remarkable work. The tramshed complex is again up for redevelopment but some of the buildings will be kept and converted and there could be scope for artists' studios there.

Wonderful paintings from Danny, he really is a master of his art! I remember Brooke House from childhood days, it was, I think used as a child welfare place if I remember rightly. So sad that these buildings will now also be demolished. Valerie

So happy to read more about Danny Easterbrook and his work/passion.
I was initially researching Fulke Greville, 1st. Baron Brooke, when I came across the Tramshed, thought it looked interesting, lurked around a little, and then did a spot of reading, when I discovered the history, and that it was/is doomed to destruction, which hurt a little. Loss.

Further upstream of the ( Lovely) Lea, I don't think the bulldozers will be moving into the former Agapemonite cult's Church of the Ark of the Covenant, upsteam of the Lea, at the top og Watermint Quay, for now, anyway.
Another equally stunning building, in a different, but equally important way.

This is indeed the most extraordinary project
You mention that Danny might need to relocate to the West Country (which I did myself from the industrial end of North Kensington to deepest South Somerset 9 years ago)
I just might be able to point Danny in a couple of directions - but I would need to know just a little bit more about his budget
I am aware of one or two really interesting old industrial buildings - but I would need to find out what stage they are at
Please feel free to pass on my email address
