With all of the talk of traffic pollution today isn’t it odd to look back on a network of clean non polluting buses all over London with strong poles and overhead power lines. All scrapped to make profits for the oil companies.

When I was in my 20s I did relief management of a pub in Wandsworth for him but by then Trumans was part of Grand Metropolitan. It was soul destroying running a Trumans pub in the Young’s heartland. My next job was on a building site in Manchester!
