					<description><![CDATA[Fascinating...This article was sent to me by a newly-discovered cousin on my paternal Grandma&#039;s side, about which I don&#039;t know very much, except her maiden name was Jane Jacobs...not sure if any relation to the author though, as Jacobs is a common Jewish name... she was married to my Grandpa Elias (Alec) Saltiel - his grandfather, also Elias Saltiel, came to London from Amsterdam in 1879 and lived at No. 10 White&#039;s Row...they also lived in Tilley Street later on.
