They stand as a physical, archaelogical reminder of a hardworking race of people who contributed so much to the British gene pool.   As it is estimated that one in four of us may be descended from Huguenot stock, these buildings provide a window into the lives our ancestors led.  We are here because of the struggles and successes they achieved.]]></description>
