I believe this transparency has been printed in reverse. If this is facing west…as I believe it is…then St Magnus The Martyr Church and The Monument would each be on the other side of the street in relation to each other. How can St Magnus be on the right side of Lower Thames st and Monument st on the left looking west. And what happened to London Bridge.
If the photo is mirrored and we are looking west, it makes some sense apart from the fact that I can not spot London Bridge. What happened?
