I will be showing the receipt to a brewing friend of mine here in California.  No telling what sort of yeast we will have at hand, although I know some available to us are quite old, but not likely to be quite suitable.  Well, we will try a homage at least.    Thanks again for making me care about what is happening in that neighborhood so far away.
