I remember MIss Yorke who took needlework i believe, and remember making a blouse from a pattern and doing embroidery.
I lost touch with most of my school friends as we had to move from Bethnal Green because our street had comoulsory purchase. I have through Facebook found some of the girls i was friendly with.
