					<description><![CDATA[I grew up in Frinton, and it was always a joy to be walking on the greensward and spot a Thames barge sailing inside the Gunfleet Sands.  There were so many times the sea was so calm, with a silvery sunrise, and the beautiful russet sails would glow.]]></description>
