					<description><![CDATA[What a fantastic reply from Nina!  My mum was born in the East End in 1912. It is mind boggling to see how much London has changed in a comparatively short time.  My 23 yr old cannot believe some of these pictures and thought the cow must be there purely for &#039;decoration&#039;. She speaks as someone who lives in the uber trendy part of London where things l like that happen!
