WOW She’s been there 30 years now, I remember that lovely girl with her little flowers on her dad’s stall, then opening the shop, so brave of her, even with the support of her wonderful parents.
She did my wedding flowers 1n 1988. Seems like a lifetime ago.
How wonderful to see her success, wishing her all the luck in the world in her new premises in Essex.

Although I moved away from Bethnal Green before Joanne’s parents took over the fruit and veg stall, I knew their predecessor Robert Wheeler (known as Bobby) and his parents very well as my family and the Wheelers were next door neighbours for 50-odd years. It was lovely to see them mentioned in your post!
