Thankyou for this lovely evocative description.I have very fond memories of Anthony as he was my personal tutor at camberwell; I graduated in 1979.
I still adore his work and it always inspires, and takes me right back to college days, working in the studio, or out and about in London.
A great man and always, at root of my own drawing technique and the drive to improve, his inspiring attention and drive to perfecting his vision.
Bless him.

I would like to tell you how much I enjoyed your blog on Tony. You have captured Tony's spirit and art beautifully, and have opened my eyes to a part of London that I was not familiar with. I hope to return and explore with great interest and fascination.
