Our school prize givings were held there (Bishop Challoner Comprehensive, Stepney) and I associate that room with a fear of tripping on the way up to the stage to get a prize from a local church dignitary or, on one occasion for some reason, the journalist Hugo Young. Despite the associations it is nice to see the interior is still as I remember.
