					<description><![CDATA[Dear Chef Eyre: many years ago I acquired your pancake recipe from The NY Times. It is the best and most delicious I make. Thanks so much for it. I read that you were discovering Portuguese food and their bacalao. Allow me to tell you that I have been eating bacalao since I was a kid . It was the food of the “peasants” in Latin America. Now is a delicacy that in US we get from Canada at $12.00 dollars a pound . Good luck , PS everybody should add the lime juice after the powdered sugar to the pancake. It gives it an unique flavor.]]></description>
