John Keohane what a guy, I carried out my first Ceremony of the keys with John and he made me feel very calm and confident, I was very nervous about taking part in such an iconic parade but John is a total professional soon put me at ease and led me through an experience I will never forget.

Absolutely the right man for this role and i congratulate you John .

I’m looking for an old friend that was a Beefeater at the Tower. His name is Dave Cope. I first met Dave when he was at the IWM Duxford, I was a volunteer restoring vehicles and he was full time staff. When Dave left Duxford we presented him with a tankard. Do you have a current address for him as i would like to contact him again and catch up on old times

I know he had many friends at the Tower,so it is with sadness that I report
the passing of Tony EGERTON,retired Police Sgt, who hosted the Police
Guests at your Club.
He succumbed to a brain cancer on 11-1-13 and is buried at Euless, Texas.
I have also lost a good friend.

I would think that the lights of the Tower shine a bit dimmer with Chief Warder Kohane’s retirement. I hope he is enjoying it.
