Ontario-born Cindy Bury is mentioned in several places as the "Bunny Mother" for the London Playboy Club during the 1960s. She was living in Gibraltar some time ago. Does anyone remember Cindy or know her current whereabouts? I am a Canadian Beatles author and would very much like to interview her or perhaps someone with whom she worked. With thanks.

Hi Monica
I trained to became a croupier bunny in December 1975, two weeks after my 18th birthday. I was interviewed by Ingrid Seward. At the time I worked there, all bunnies in sight of the gaming tables - even cocktail bunnies had to be covered up. My first costume was the tunic dress you spoke of. During 1976 we started wearing hot pants and waistcoat with a bib to cover our cleavage. I trained with Holly (Karen Bransgrove) and Rosie (Rosie Royal) amongst others. I would love to hear from them if they remember me.

Hi, I was a croupier (American Roulette) at the London Playboy Club in 1973. My Bunny name was Monika. I was trained by Gay.
I wasn’t there very long as I had to return to Australia. My Bunny Mother was Erin, also an Australian. I’m confused when I see footage of Bunny croupiers dressed in the cocktail outfits. I only remember mine and other outfits were like short dresses with high necks.
Do others remember that the British Gaming Licence Laws required that we had to wear a more modest uniform? Can someone concur please.
I’ve loved reading these memories and accounts.

I worked at Playboy mansion west…the grand parties in 1978-79 A&E made documentary about Playboy through the years . Very sure most woman were taken advantage of . It spans 60 years of Playboy. Not sure Hef would have survived the #metoo era. Marilyn was interviewed and it was very interesting. Wonder what became of the ex playmates ? Check it out.

Hi there, I know that this is a really old article, which I have enjoyed reading. I am just trying to find out if anyone recalls my second cousin, who was called Sandra and was a bunny girly in the late 1970's. I don't have a great deal of information but she went over as part of the launch of a new Playboy club in the Bahama's (I think) but tragically died in a car accident while she was there. Her mum Doris was also with her at the time, I believe. From the East End/Enfield but I can't find any reference to it.

Thanks
