The great Jukebox Jimmy,I call him the Oracle,i’m very honoured he calls me soul brother,he knows more about music than anybody i’ve ever encountered in my 45 years+,as a collector & a retailer of music.Like Jimmy I was also brought up in the east end.Born in the London Hospital.A shame that we only met about 15 years ago,like him i’ve been going to Pelliccis since the 60’s.Strange we never met earlier!we went to many of the great music venues & shops up west & around London,
& new many of same people from our youth,(our paths must have crossed i’m sure of it).I’m privileged to be able to call him a friend.BOP TILL YOU DROP Jim.

This is my dad, I am so proud of him! He is one in a million, he used to drag me to record fairs every weekend, and I would sit under the table just waiting for him to finish looking around, sometimes for up to 4 hours! It was all worth it for the sweeties and McDonalds on the way home! Although sometimes he tells jokes that only he understands, he always brings a smile to your face! His presence alone can light up a room! I’m lucky to have him!
