I’m a habitual eater of porridge - every school day morning in fact.

I have often perused the Scott’s Porage Oats box, but not because of the famous highland shot put champion, more for the spelling of porage/porridge. I have noticed for many years their spelling and my iPad spell checker does recognise Scott’s version!

Ah....porridge. I myself make it most mornings even in the summer, I just love it. Have to make it on the stove though ,none of this microwave stuff. I love it with natural yoghurt , it tastes so creamy.
Writing of all things Scottish, do you watch' Transatlantic Sessions' on BBC4 Friday evenings? filmed in the Highlands but is a mix of Scots, Irish and Nashville music. Well worth a watch and listen, that's if you have the time with all this blogging you do!
